This statement is made due to an adjustment in the exercise price for the warrant program issued 25 April 2018, cf. announcement no. 14 of 25 Aril 2018. After the adjustment, the exercise price for 700,000 of the warrants granted is DKK 12.30 per share and DKK 15.08 for 350,000 of the warrants granted.
