Based on market rumors, Management of Columbus IT Partner A/S confirms that it
has initiated inquiries about a possible transaction which could have an effect
on both net sales and earnings. 

The results of the inquiries are not yet available, and it is still very
uncertain if the transaction can be carried through. 

Columbus IT Partner has no further comments until circumstances demand further
information on this to Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S.
