Closing of due diligence on large MBS-reseller

Upon closing of due diligence regarding acquisition of a large MBS-reseller
(cf. Stock Exchange Releases nos. 17/2005 of 27 April and 19/2005 of 30 May
2005), the parties have agreed to terminate the process, as Columbus IT Partner
A/S does not want to acquire the company at the requested price.
