In line with the Danish law on securities trading §37, section 8, following
hereby is the official reporting on the Board of Directors' and the
management's shareholdings in Columbus IT Partner A/S and the total holdings by
persons and companies covered by the Danish law on securities trading §34,
section 4 according to §37 section 3, at the close of the period for access to
trading the Company's shares.
