Today, Consolidated Holdings A/S and Gaardboe Holding ApS have entered into an
agreement, according to which Consolidated Holdings A/S, with effect from 14
July 2010, will buy all Gaardboe Holding ApS's shares in Columbus IT Partner
A/S at a price of 2.5, including the shares offered in relation to the ongoing
share issue.
