For consideration in shares Columbus IT Partner A/S settles payment for 50% of the shares in the company’s franchise partner, CITP Pvte. Ltd., Singapore In May 2005 Columbus IT Partner has signed an agreement to buy 50% of the shares in CITP Pvte Ltd., Singapore which owns 95% of the shares in Columbus IT South East Asia, Indonesia.
