Columbus IT Partner has entered into an agreement to sell the Iceland subsidiary AX Business Intelligence hf. to the former Iceland distributor of Navision-software Kögun hf. for about DKK 10 million. At the same time Columbus IT Partner has purchased AX Business Intelligence hf.’s 100% owned Danish subsidiary for about DKK 2 million.
