Claus E. Hansen new CEO in Columbus IT

Columbus IT Partner A/S hereby announces that a new CEO has been appointed from
1 January 2009. For a while, Michael Gaardboe, who is the founder of and major
shareholder in Columbus IT, has planned to resign, and the successor is
Executive Board member and COO Claus E. Hansen. The Board of Directors has
decided to nominate Michael Gaardboe as a board member for Columbus IT Partner
A/S on the next general meeting. In the future, Michael Gaardboe will also
become Chairman of the Board in the Columbus IT company To-Increase. The Dutch
based company develops and sells Microsoft certified software to Microsoft
Business Solutions distributors all over the world - and is a strategic
important company for the future development of Columbus IT. 

44-year-old Claus E. Hansen, who has been in Columbus IT since August 2007, is
an experienced director in the ERP business and has for more than 10 years been
chief executive in some of the largest Microsoft partners in the world. For the
past year, Claus E. Hansen has proven that he, as planned, is ready to
undertake the role as CEO after Michael Gaardboe. 

Columbus IT has been successful under the management of Michael Gaardboe. The
announced expectations for 2008 are total revenues in the level of DKK 1,000m
and an EBITDA of DKK 60-65m. 

The company is in the process of employing a new COO, who is expected to be
able to commence in the near future.
