In today's edition of the Danish daily Børsen an article is speculating on the
majority shareholders of Columbus IT Partner negotiating on a sale of the
Company. 

As previously announced, among other things in the Annual Report 2003, the
Company still wishes to take the lead in a necessary consolidation of the
sector so as to boost competitiveness whilst also ensuring critical mass for
Columbus IT Partner's most important markets. 

The Company's board of directors and management can inform that no specific
negotiations on a sale of the Company are going on.
