Acquisition negotiations



Columbus IT Partner A/S is negotiating an acquisition of the ERP activities in
the Lithuanian based Sonex Group. Sonex' ERP business has 85 employees and has
an expected turnover in 2007 of 2.8 m EUR. Negotiations are expected to be
completed before the end of February 2008. 

Columbus IT Partner has no further comments, until circumstances require
further information on this to Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S.
