Columbus A/S acquires SYSTEMHOSTING, a leading company within cloud, hosting and ERP managed services. The acquisition strengthens Columbus' position on the growing market for cloud solutions.

Ballerup, 1 February 2016: Today, Columbus announces the acquisition of SYSTEMHOSTING, a leading Danish company within cloud, hosting and ERP managed services operation. The acquisition strengthens Columbus' portfolio and allows the company to offer a wider and deeper range of solutions and competencies.

The acquisition of SYSTEMHOSTING is in line with Columbus' strategy to strengthen the company's portfolio and hereby strengthen its global position as an innovative solution provider.

"SYSTEMHOSTING offers a range of strong cloud solutions, which in combination with Columbus' solutions and industry knowledge, means that we can be an even stronger partner for customers in the digital transformation of their business," says Thomas Honoré.

Since SYSTEMHOSTING was founded in 2001, the company has increased its market share and currently has more than 300 customers. SYSTEMHOSTING has 29 employees.
