Columbus acquires US consultancy

Columbus acquires Sherwood Systems, a US consulting company serving more than 300 customers. The acquisition strengthens Columbus' coast-to-coast reach in the US market.

Copenhagen, Denmark — 1 July 2015 — Columbus (OMX: COLUM) announces today that it has acquired the US consultancy Sherwood Systems. The acquisition expands Columbus' geographical reach in the US market.

Since its founding in 1980, Sherwood Systems has built substantial market share and today services more than 300 customers primarily in the south-western part of the US.

The acquisition is with immediate effect.
