Sustainability policy

With this Policy Commitment, Columbus commits to respect human rights, and contribute to environmental and economic sustainability, by taking part in the global transition towards sustainable development.

Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy

Columbus will not tolerate corruption, money laundering, fraud, bribery or other illegal or unethical business activities. The Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption Policy applies to all people employed by and associated with Columbus A/S, covering all employees, whether permanent or temporary and sub-contractors.

Dividend policy

It is Columbus' objective to ensure attractive, long-term returns via a combination of dividend distribution and a positive price development of the share.

Data ethics policy

The purpose of this Data Ethics Policy is to establish the high standards for data ethics that Columbus A/S group wishes to adhere to and to emphasise our commitment to a responsible and sustainable use of data and to account for our general data collection and use in order to ensure transparency.

Tax policy

The purpose of the Policy is to describe the guidelines on tax planning approved by the Board of Directors, under which the Executive Management can make decisions that impact tax.

Investor relations policy

Columbus seeks to provide a high and consistent level of information and to have an open and active dialog with investors, analysts and other stakeholders.

This Investor Relations Policy describes policies related to communication with investors, analysts and other stakeholders.

Remuneration policy, including guidelines for incentive programs

In accordance with Section 139 and 139a of the Danish Companies Act, the Board of Directors of a listed company must, before entering into a specific incentive agreement with a member of the Board of Directors or the Executive Board, specify remuneration and overall guidelines for the company's incentive programs for the Board of Directors and Executive Board.

The overall guidelines must be considered and adopted by the general meeting of the company before being put into practice in specific agreements with the concerned executives.

The Remuneration Policy was adopted at the general meeting on 29 April 2022.

Remuneration report

Pursuant to Section 139b of the Danish Companies Act, Columbus has prepared a Remuneration Report for 2022. The Remuneration Report provides an overview and detailed description of the total remuneration received by each member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Board for the 2022 financial year with comparative figures for past financial years where relevant.

Diversity, gender balance & inclusion

In accordance with Section 139c of the Danish Companies Act and the Recommendations on Corporate Governance, the Board of Directors in Columbus A/S has adopted a Diversity, Gender Balance & Inclusion Policy.

The purpose of the Diversity, Gender Balance & Inclusion Policy is to describe how Columbus is addressing diversity, gender balance and inclusion in order to ensure an inclusive culture with equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender, age, experience, educational and socio-economic background, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, etc.

The policy applies to all levels of the organization, including the Board of Directors.

Statutory report on gender distribution

Pursuant to section 99b of the Danish Financial Statements Act, the Board of Directors has set target figures for the gender composition in the Board of Directors and on management level in Columbus A/S. Once a year, at a Board meeting, the Board of Directors review progress and, if relevant, sets new target figures. Progress and target figures are reported in the Annual Report.
